Excellent cleaning abilities with all the safeguards which prevent the vacuum cleaner from damage! It is powerful machine with a strong suction, picking up dirt, hair, cobwebs, etc. Cleans up stains on floor easily. Has good manouverability, you can move it around with the twist of your wrist. After using it the house feels hygienic and fresh. Very tough stains need to be treated with other chemicals.

Good product, cleans nicely, easy to use, time saving, sufficient cord length, good suction power and efficient drying with mopping as required in lndian house. But little heavy and noisy. Overall, value for money item.

DO NOT BUY THIS MOP STICK! I’m genuinely disappointed with this purchase and regret falling for the misleading product listing. Here’s why you should absolutely avoid this product: 🔴 Misleading Description: Bought this based on the product name and description, but nowhere was it mentioned that the device is corded. 🔴 Incompatible Plug: Even worse, the cord comes with a 16 AMP plug—a heavy-duty plug not found in typical home sockets. Do they really expect every room to have this? 🔴 Extremely Heavy: The machine weighs over 7kg, making it a struggle to lift and move between rooms. 🔴 Noisy Operation: The device is very loud during use, and there is no option to reduce the noise. 🔴 Poor Quality Control: I received a cracked water tank. When I contacted aftersales, they told me I should have recorded a video while unboxing. That’s an outrageous expectation—why wasn’t this mentioned on the item page? 🟡 Misleading Design: The design looks decent, but in reality, it’s not suitable for home use. This multi surface vacuum mop is great if you want your floors shiny clean. Has modes for carpets and hard floors, great for tackling sticky or dried up messes. the water tanks are also big enough. As it's corded there is no interruption in the cleaning process you can use it as long as you want. Self cleaning feature makes sure the roller brush is cleaned and ready for next use. overall a great vacuum mop. Simple to use.

Product is ok, but too heavy for anyone to operate. Only a professional can use.. I landed with severe backpain after cleaning just half a room..asked for exchange to a different model but was refused.how can you judge the weight of machine in online purchase !! They should allow for exchange of Model

The machine does what it is supposed to do.i.e mop the floor The cleaning is spot on and the results are amazing. Do not consider this as a vacuum cleaner! Its an automated floor cleaner that washes and sucks all the dirt from the floor. The hydrosteam functionality is also very good and effective against tuff stains. We are very happy with the product.
