I used 2 computers, 2 iPads and a Smartphone over 3+ hours to 'reach' this device to perform the configuration. (IP address 192.168.188.1). All Failed! I even used the factory reset twice to, hopefully / eventually, get to a setup screen. No joy! The documentation is poor. It mention something called "after sales support" with no address, phone number, etc. The box included a card about half the size of a business card - with the tiniest possible print font - to a Facebook reference.... really? Kesbin does not have an Internet / WWW presence - apparently. I cannot recommend this device. Mine is going back today (Thanks, Amazon), Buy something from NetGear.

Ok, so I almost never give a review, but this device worked much better than expected. I live in a cinder block house that ruins Wi-Fi. This repeater works better than much more expensive products. Shipping was fast, and the little rate my experience card was delightful. Good job guys!

At my house our WiFi flat out sucks! We have been struggling since we moved here (1st world problems, I know). I finally decided to get a WiFi extender to help us out. Such a great idea! We have 2 iPads, a kindle fire, 4 smart phones, a couple amazon fire sticks, XBOX, BluRay players we use for Netflix and this is just on a normal day, when we have guests over its even more. We definitely needed this product. Its small and plugs right into a regular outlet.

Easy to setup, works great. I have it at my girl friends house to plug my slingbox into her roof top antenna via a converter box for dtv. Works fine. Router is down stairs so needed this to connect to WiFi then plug via cat 5 Ethernet cable into slingbox. Once in awhile it seems like it goes offline but that's very rare. Might be unrelated. Otherwise I've been very happy.

I have a dead zone where we've got just the little dot of the internet strength. It's annoying and frustrating to say the least since this is the room I do most of my internet usage. I purchased a cheap extender just to see if it would work before I went over the $50 mark. Fabulous to report that this $9.99 product does exactly the same thing as the $50 for 1/10 of the price. I'm lucky if I get 2mbps download and now I'm at 23mpbs and over 100 feet from the router through multiple walls!!! Great product, killer price and fantastic performance.

Very difficult to comprehend the instructions, seller should hire a translator to write the proper way to set up this product. Needed an electrician to finally set this up .

this product does not allow all symbols character of the ascii code to be used as a password...restriction at software levelso may not be compatible with at&t equipments 2019.

Still haven’t been able to get it working...trying again this weekend.
