Wonderful product. We purchased these dog stairs for our Mini American Shepard when he was about 4 months old to help him get up onto the couch easily. I didn't even have to do anything except place it on the floor and up he went. It came well packaged and delivered next day like a lot of Amazon stuff does. These steps seem very well made and support a now 30 lb dog bouncing off them. They stay in place well on a hardwood floor plus the cover can be washed .Very happy with this purchase.

It came in a vacuum pack very compactly and the stairs are very sturdy and good quality. There was no weird smell to it and it seems very easy to take care of. I recommend!
