CheetahCheetah Mounts APTMLB Flat Screen Mount for Office

I had a good look around before I decided to go with this arm mount and to be honest I couldn't be happier! The arm has a nice finish to it, and it looks (and feels) solid enough.I had no problems mounting it on the wall with the fixings that came free with the arm, the instructions were clear and concise. I loosened all the movable joints slightly as they were a little stiff to begin with but are now great, I can move my monitor with very little force and the arm still holds it in position with no sag at all even at full extension. My monitor is doesn't weigh much (2.5 kg) so those with heavy equipment may have to keep the joint stiffer.I'm from Yorkshire so I like free stuff! I haven't used the free HDMI cable but the end connectors look very well made and the cable outer has a nice pattern on it. The other freebie is the spirit level, I wasn't sure how good this would be as it's small & plastic but I was pleasantly surprised as it was pretty accurate compared to my own metal spirit level, and I have actually used it since for another DIY job.Nothing really to dislike about the main product, only thing that I would like to see improved is the quality of finish on the wall mount bolts, the cast steel finish isn't the nicest look and it did make me question the strength of the bolts (something with a smooth matt / polished finish please), I used them anyway as they are more than strong enough for my 21.5" (2.5 kg) monitor but I would have swapped them for others if I was mounting a large TV / monitor that was closer to the 15.8 kg max weight that the arm can take just for my own peace of mind.I thought about giving this 4 stars due to the bolts, but because of the overall high build quality, good range of movement, free spirit level and HDMI cable I decided to go with 5 stars, great bit of kit well done Cheetah! I would definitely recommend it to others!

Not quite what I expected. I assumed this would fit my 32" Finlux, but it was far too big.It works fine now I've taken a junior hacksaw to it!It's my fault it does not get full marks, but when the advert mentions 32", One assumes that that's all there is to it.My TV was a bit of an oddball with a curved rear and limited options for mounting screws, but the supplier has made it abundantly clear that they were willing and able to assist if needed.The device, now it is installed is an excellent bit of kit and the additional "goodies" in the box were useful too. I was particularly intrigued by the addition of the small torch, which came in dashed useful when I dropped a few of the black screws on the carpet.I originally stated that the unit wouldn't fit my LG 32", it was an error, the LG had a flat rear and many options for mounting screws along with an uncluttered rear panel, had I have fitted this to the LG it would have had five stars and have been fitted in minutes. My Finlux is not like the LG or Polaroid TV's I also own, so it seems that it may be a problem restricted to this model.From my communications with the supplier I can heartily recommend their products, they really do want to ensure that their customers are satisfied.Even at this point they are keen to address a problem that no longer exists!The device at this moment is perfect, it is fitted, it is of excellent quality and nothing on earth would tempt me to try replacing it with something else!

the bracket arrived in a very small box and consisted of 4 main pieces of angle iron that bolt together to form the main rectangle that bolts to the wall. The item comes with mounting hardware but I supplemented the bonding of it to the wall with 4 extra wall bolts as I was mounting a 42 inch plasma tv. The finished item appears to be able to take the weight of the tv fairly easily. Because it is mounted so close to the wall the forces are mainly downwards so there is not much chance of bolts being pulled from wall. It could easily take twice the weight. The TV requires a 400 x 800 vesa mount which is on the limit of the bracket.Various mounting screws are provided to attach the tv to the 2 hanging brackets. The spirit levels that are provided should be discarded and a proper level used. Also provided are a hdmi cable which looks good but not used yet and a led torch for key ring. How this complete item can be sold for under £10 and still make a profit I do not know. Excellent product for price

For mounting directly onto a wall or other sturdy structure. Out of the box, I was pleased. The manufacture is a little rough around the edges, but they are defo strong enough for most average-sized modern monitors (the ones I will be using them with are 24"). There is some tilt adjustment, which was my main concern from the pictures. The articulation of the arm allows for good depth positioning. The bracket also comes with an HDMI lead and a keyring LED light. All this for £13. Can't really knock it at that price.

Simply a great monitor mount for smaller monitors ...I wanted a cheap mount to add an old 17" screen I had knocking about to my pc so I could have two screens running for coding.This mount was a pleasant surprise , its well built and easy to hang.The mount is supplied with 3 really good wall fixings and a spirit level as well as an HDMI lead !!!!The swivel mount has 3 tension springs on the ball joint which can be adjusted with a 10mm spanner.. what this means in that if you don't get the mount perfectly vertical on the wall you can still have the monitor perfectly level and also means you can adjust the tension to suit the weight of your monitor so it stays where to leave it.It is however very easy to hang and align so you'll not need to adjust it much.
