The fish vitamins that are included in this do make me burp and I can taste the fishy part but it only happens once after I take it and the rest of the day I’m fine! It also does not mess up my sensitive stomach! I take these with other multivitamins, however also look up if it’s safe to pair with other medications! So far I recommend!

I LOVE THIS FORMULA. I love it so so much I could cry. My hair has grown back so fast, and hair fall almost completely stopped on this pill. However, the extreme amount of biotin worsened my acne :( I had to stop taking it while I'm on Accutane, and I noticed in the month between stopping this supplement and starting Accutane that my acne significantly decreased. I think it was the megadose of biotin. I would cry tears of joy if this was reformulated to have a normal dose of biotin. There is just no need for 10,000% of the daily dose.

At about 4 days in I noticed my hair wasn’t falling out in handfuls. I haven’t been taking long enough to have hair growth but I’m already very pleased with this product.

I’ve always been a skeptic of products for hair growth. I’ve used various products over the years, Minoxidil, all kinds of various shampoos and hair growth topical treatments. Minoxidil worked the best out of all these but had some side effects. Decided to try these and stick with it for 3 months. I can say my hair looks fuller, not as thin and I believe I’m seeing less daily loss in the shower. For the price these are a good bargain and I’ll continue to take.

Size was as expected, no after taste. Gave me horrible acne no matter how much water I drank to offset it. Not worth the hair benefits to trade for bad skin.
