Logitech G533 Wireless Gaming Headset – DTS 7.1 Surround Sound – Pro-G Audio Drivers (Renewed)

These were for my husband. I only tried them on but the sound was impeccable!! Performance seems to be really great because he uses them Everytime he's gaming. The comfort of these are great because your ears aren't squished either. It fits perfectly over the ears.

I have owned a pair for about 5 years now and they recently broke and don't charge anymore. It was my fault. I plugged them into a wall outlet to charge and I think it shorted the board.I recently bought a pair of refurbished ones again because I think they're the best underrated headphones. Easily replaceable batteries that you can buy for cheap. Replaceable earpads, the software has problems but it's better than anything razer provides, doesn't make you enter product codes and you can actually change the audio settings, wow razer can you imagine a software that actually lets you use it!I recommend them. If you want a reliable set of wireless headphones. These are the ones.

I use this for my ps5. The sound is good wish it was louder with more bass but its good enough. The mic is definitely the weakest point so far. Firstly I dont like that it plays the mic sound through the headset when its unmuted ive gotten used to it but its still annoying hearing my breathing. I also dont like the quality of the mic and it peaks very easily despite me keeping it away from my mouth most of the time. Otherwise the headset feels really comfortable, it connects easily and quickly to the ps5, theres a somewhat quiet liw battery beep but i like that it lets you charge while you are still using it.

For what you are paying you get a really good headset.Sometimes the audio can feel a bit low in stereo mode. But on surround mode it does get pretty loud.Besides that, 0 delay, great sound quality. decent mic quality.

I purchased 2, one for home other for work. Didn’t noticed these were Amazon renewed until delivery and one box was clearly opened previously and was missing all of the clear plastic wraps. My mistake, so not rating lower strictly due to that. One works perfectly well, use it at work. Other is junk, it loses connection repeatedly and has poor microphone quality. Lesson learned, I now make sure I read closely to avoid refurbished products

Didn’t realize these were refurbished when I ordered them, but I’m super happy with what I got. I have stretched ears and a lot of piercings and these fit comfortably around all of that. The sound quality is great, the mic gives a beep signal when it’s turned on/off, and it’s super comfy to wear. My only complaints, if you can call them that, are that the earpieces are really loose when they’re not on your head and swivel really fast and there’s a scratch up one of the exterior panels, but for what I paid I’m not gonna knock off any stars. For roughly $65, this is a much nicer headset that the $100 I paid for a Turtle Beach headset a while ago and I love Logitech stuff for longevity.

Headset was renewed so about 60% price of new. Headset was kinda gross like it was just exposed in a warehouse, really would have taken little effort to wipe it with a cloth to make it presentable. Was dirty in the way a neglected tshirt in a warehouse might get (the fuzzy bits on the headband). Upon setting the device up the sound quality leaves a bit to be desired; directly comparing it to the same device utilized with the same hardware setup previously. I bought this because I lost the wireless dongle (found outjust 5 minutes ago logitech sells this replacement piece for $15 - so I sort of paid 3x as much given I didn't need the headset or charging cable which is my mistake -. Some of the sound is bad when the headset is trying to recreate a specific audio range, there is no interference or anything conflicting. Sound in general is worse than the sound from my monitor. 3/5, should be a 4/5 product had it before better sound

This seems like a good device so far after a day of use.Audio quality is good, though perhaps not amazing as audiophiles may prefer.7.1 works, though I'm having difficulty discerning a difference between it and normal stereo. I do have it enabled in Logitech's software.Wireless seems flawless and I don't notice any delay while playing high reflex gaming, such as Quake. It lasts a while, and you can monitor remaining live in the aforementioned software.Comfort isn't the best, but I can't really complain about it. Once adjusted, it works. If you have sensitive skin/scalp, it does press against it and that can be uncomfortable for long sessions.Bonus: recharging it is simple. The included micro USB cable is long and can charge the device via your computer's ports while you're using it.Overall, solid and I like it a lot!

The refurbished headset arrived on time in great shape with the USB charger cord and USB wireless receiver. (It did not come with a storage bag or carrying case.) I was surprised that there were no instructions included – essentially, just a small reference sheet with a link to the Logitech website where more information is available and important software can be downloaded.The headset is relatively lightweight and the comfortable circumaural speakers swivel to conform to the curves on the sides of the head. The sound is very clear for both the microphone and speakers. The microphone can be muted and the speakers have a volume control. The microphone "boom" can be folded out of the way by pushing it up to a vertical position. However, unexplained in the flyer or on the website is the important information that the microphone itself can be stowed out of the way by pushing it down into the tubular boom when not in use. To use the microphone, the microphone boom should be lowered and the microphone itself should be gently pulled out of the boom tube about an inch to extend it to be closer to the mouth. The microphone is attached to a flexible "gooseneck" pipe that can be bent to an optimized position for voice pickup. It should be noted that the microphone should to be fully extended to work properly. I discovered that if it is not fully extended, the signal from the microphone may sometimes drop out. This is very easily fixed simply by gently pulling the microphone out of the boom to its maximum extension length.The broadcast range, I would estimate, was between 20 to 30 feet, depending on the presence of obstructions such as walls or distance away from the wireless receiver.I'm very pleased with the refurbished headset and its discounted price. I would certainly consider purchasing it again (especially as a gift).

This G533 Wireless was my first "Amazon Renewed" purchase. From what I've read, more often than not these are returned unused products. I was in luck as this was obviously a return that wasn't used at all.It came in a nondescript box, with the headset and accessories inserted in a Ziploc bag. The charging cable and wireless dongle are authentic Logitech G accessories, and were bubble-wrapped separately. All the protective peel-offs on the headset were also intact and undisturbed. And most importantly, the ear cups and headband cushion were extremely clean. The original packaging was probably damaged so technically it couldn't be sold as "new".Anyhow, once I got it unboxed, I plugged in the receiver and turned on the headset. Immediately G Hub recognized it. I ran it through the sound test and it was great, with no discernible distortions. Mind you, it wasn't perfect, but it's certainly good enough. I then tested the mic using Zoom as well as doing recordings through Windows., Although they weren't superb, my voice was clear and understandable - certainly good enough for Discord.Although I do find it somewhat bulky and heavy, it sits comfortably on my head, and the cups fit over my ears snugly. The overall fit is firm, but not constrictive. I also like how the the mic extends and retracts as well, and the flex is adequate and not flimsy.I'm more than satisfied with this purchase. The only caveat being it's limited connectivity. It would've been nice if this was Bluetooth-enabled, or at the least if it had wired functionality. Regardless, the G533 Wireless is a very capable, no-nonsense headset, fit for any gamer. Happy shopping!Edit: After having these for a few days now, I will say it does start feeling tight during long sessions. And my ears do get hot after awhile being confined in the cups. If these had more breathability, and a way to lessen the tension somehow, these would be perfect. Still, this thing's a keeper in my books!

Main reason for choosing this was because my son's 3.5mm jack on his Nintendo Switch failed. We needed a work around to get him able to use his mic and headphone abilities again playing with friends online. The headsets USB plugs right into the switch dock or directly into the base of the switch with the dongle and this headset becomes fully functional.Tip: if it doesn't work immediately, shut down the software of the game (or switch completely-not sleep) and start back up with the USB plugged in already then check your switch settings and make sure the headset is selected for mic and headset use. This also works on the PS5.We bought a second headset for my other son 2 days after we received the first headset as he would need one for his switch in the event his 3.5mm jack fails and also for playing the PS5 wirelessly (the 3.5mm jacks are on the base of the controllers-pretty cool).The headsets 'refurbished', the two I purchased 2 days apart came in their original boxes (boxes in good shape) and in brand new condition with their original hardware. The headsets look like someone simply tried them and returned them-possibly thinking they were Bluetooth because there is nothing wrong with these sets. They function exactly as expected. Even the silica bags were included in both headsets still.The sound is amazing and the range is excellent. We can walk around the entire house with no interference or dip in sound quality. My oldest son was envious of my younger one receiving this upgraded headset for Christmas. I tried it out before gifting it to him being a 'refurbished' item while gaming on my PC. It sounds amazing. Yes a bit heavy, and does feel a bit warm after a while but it's quality and just a matter of getting used to it compared to the cheaper wired sets we had been using before. Once the headset was tested in all 3 systems we needed it for I purchased the second headset, it's condition was identical to the first I received. The seller was Cyber-Global and fulfilled by Amazon.

Damage and scratches throughout product. 30 days in the headset stopped holding a charge entirely. Have to use it plugged in 100% of the time. Sound quality is great. Seller is sketchy at best.Do not recommend the refurbished model.

got a "renewed" set for 70 bucks, these go for 250 new.the wireless connection is amazing, no more getting up to use the bathroom or get a drink and having them snap off my head when I hit the end of the cord! total freedom, no cord getting in the way of my mouse either.7.1 surround increases game sense/sit awareness in overwatch.sound quality is nice, mic is nice and shuts off when you swing it up into the stowed position.volume control is a little weird to reach behind the earphone, but it works, same as the mute.
