Exactly as pictured, the black part is very tiny, the at itself is a little longer and thicker than I expected, it was a little painful putting it in, but cute and subtle like I wanted.

This product was amazing, it really helped my ear to heal very nicely, I thought I would get more problems with a tragus piercing but this did the trick.

The top came unscrewed while I was wearing it and fell to the ground... never to be found again. It's a shame, because this was my favorite :(

The black top is internally threaded, so you have to push the jewelry through from behind because the silver back cannot be removed, which made it inappropriate for my ears.
