What I loved about this book: All 720 words necessary for A1 presented with transliteration (with stress marks), an example sentence with English translation - and the cursive for every single word! Well worth the money for the cursive alone.

I found that this is, more of a reference guide, than a traditional book. However it's designed for active learning. The setup is innovative and practical. A great tool for anyone starting their Russian language journey!

Lot's of Russian words are pronounced differently, ie the O could be pronounced like an a A, the main reason i bought this book it said " Pronunciation " this book does not do this at all, Still making it sound like an O when written in English alphabet.
