This cures way too fast. I’m used to using the Michaels brand of casting powder which gives you about 10 mins before it starts to harden on you. This gives you about 3 minutes from the second the water touches it. It was giving me anxiety so I ended up getting one of those electric resin mixers, the handheld ones. It’s worked great so far since I got that. I’m careful not to start at a high speed but as soon as it turns into a slurry I do a quick sweep of the bottom and sides to make sure all the powders been absorbed and then pour it into my mold right away. I haven’t tried adding pigment yet honestly I’m not sure I’d have enough time to get the color to where I want it before it starts curing so I save this to use on projects I want to paint. It’s not too expensive though so I’m happy with the end results.

I love the product and will buy again it compares to MiX 2 MOLD in smoothness.If you mix correctly. I have made over 30 pieces.
