I managed to grab 12 of these at just over £22, so quite a bargain considering they are quite expensive everywhere. I have been a coconut water drinker for a few years now and nothing beats the taste and quality of Vita Coco. Vita has the most natural tasting coconut water, with a subtle hint of sweetness. It really is a quite magical refreshing drink especially straight of the fridge.It is also suitable for people on restrictive diets due to low calorie content and great for people who practise intermittent fasting as a drink to replenish electrolytes. The only downside I have had with Coconut water is stomach cramps if I ever drink too much, so I would not go overboard and drink only max 500-700ml a day.

Great tasting drink, great for post exercise due to electrolyte replacement but good all round tasty drink.

BUYER BEWARE
I chose this rating not because I dislike 'Vita Coco' coconut water, but because of the handling company MUSCLE FINESSE LTD. Unfortunately I have had issues with 2 deliveries. The first contained cartons with mould on the top. This batch was eventually exchanged. The replacement box unfortunately also contained faulty products. This time a burst carton. I once again submitted photographs, as their company requires, but met with resistance to replace this batch, acknowledge there must be a problem with either processing, packaging, storage or delivery. Subsequently another carton has burst and although I promptly informed MUSCLE FINESSE they have proved unhelpful in terms of exchanging or compensating for the defective carton. I am now left with the remaining cartons, which I do not know are fit for human consumption. The health and safety aspect of these unfortunate incidents seem to have been dismissed and overlooked by MUSCLE FINESSE LTD. I am not a satisfied customer!
