LagunaPowerJet 1350 Electronic Fountain/Waterfall Pump Kit for Ponds Up to 2700 Gallon

I use these filters for both the fish and duck ponds. When the larger duck pond pump died after several years, I replaced it with the next size down since the duck pond went from 1000 gallons to less than 150 gallons.It works, but it requires far more maintenance that the next size up did. So depending on your use, you might want to go bigger.With 4 ducks in the pond, I'm having to clean the casing every 3 days or so. The next size up, with more ducks, I only had to clean maybe once a month. My bad on thinking less ducks and smaller pond I'd be ok with a slightly smaller pump. When it comes time to replace it, I will go back up a size again.I bought this as a replacement as I knew the old pump was on its way out. So it sat in my closet for a few months before use. Put it in the pond and within a week, the pump just stopped working. Reached out to customer service and they were quick to respond, asked a few questions and when we couldn't get it to work, they asked for a couple of pictures and they replaced it with a new pump. Quick and easy. They stand behind their product.Ducks are crazy messy and gross, so if you are looking at the laguna pumps for a duck pond, go big, you'll thank yourself later.

PT8200 (600 gallon per hr/up to 1200 gallon size pond) - I just installed it. Given it includes the pump, this is also a fantastic $ value. The pumps alone are not cheap and possibly even more expensive to buy the pump alone by itself. Bought the same exact pump years ago for well over $100.

I purchased the Laguna PowerJet High Performance Fountain/Waterfall Pump Kits (2400 gallons per hour circulation.) This kit contain everything you need to generate powerful water circulation and beautiful water display features, including a powerful PowerJet water circulating pump, riser stem and two fountainheads. The pump does not require foam cartridges since it sits inside a cocoon-like cage that blocks out dirt and debris and protects the pump from clogging. However, if you have fish in the pond, as I do, you will still need to clean the pump from time to time. This is a great pump which does not use an enormous amount of electricity to run. This pump is easy to install and featuring Click-Fit Fast Couplings the pump is completely submersible and engineered to run continuously. Laguna PowerJet 2400 is for ponds up to 4800 US Gallons and includes an outlet adaptor with a diameter of ¾", 1", 1 ¼".

Wow, what great pumps and energy efficient. Best gph is the 2400 Laguna at 28.57gph per watt used - 84 watts for 2400gph. Note: On my 18 year old 2000 gallon KOI Pond, I replaced my third pump, 1800gph 145 watt pump and my 36W UV light filter pump using 45 watts which is set at 250gph to kill free floating parasites, bacteria, and algae with 2 LAGUNA 2000gph fountain/waterfall pumps since price was right. Now I use only 160 watts versus the 190 watts using before and my waterfalls are twice the amount. Also I now have added a BALL fountain off one pump and the rest goes into my 150 gallon Skippy's bio filter. This pump is set on a timer to run only 14 hours a day. The second pump I use the fountain head exit piped to my 36 watt UV Light filter at a controlled rate of 250gph and also rest goes into the 150 gallon Skippy's bio filter making twice the water over the two falls I have. Now, I have more water thru the bio filter and over the two waterfalls with just one pump at only 80 watts and at 160 watts 2.2 times amount of water flowing. Another great feature is I use the backwash cleaner head, PT609 with the PT637 garden hose connector for pond make up water from my well connected directly. All you have to do is take the knockout plugs off the side of cage to mount above parts. Now when I put make up water in pond it cleans the plastic cage holes fairly well weekly and I only so far had to brush cage openings once this summer. Beautiful waterfalls - love the sound at night and love the ball fountain head - bonus love the reduced cost to operate and the two separate control valves are included for fountain and waterfall are built right into the the main valve.

This is my second pump from this company. I bought my first one 2007 and it lasted all these years (15 years). definitely lasted a long time which makes it a great bargain! I also leave it running all year long. And I live in Northern Nevada. It lasted longer than any other pump and fountain I have purchased in the past. I would with confidence recommend this pump and fountain for pond around 350 gallons.

Easy to install. Works great for my waterfall.

I think it's a pump that's not bad for its price. It is also good to be able to use it for water flow and fountain. But fractions can really bother you. There are many cases where various foreign matters block the holes because the holes coming out are too small. When I wake up the next day, when I go out, the shape of the fountain I set is always changing, and some holes are blocked, so the water comes out stronger through the other holes. I think it's a good pump except for this

Powerful volume of water. Used it for my pond. My last one lasted 20+ years! So good value!

I purchased this unit (2400 GPH) for my 80 year old father as a replacement for another Laguna pump which had lasted 15 years running from 7am to 9pm every day during six months of the year.I had the unit shipped to my parents home as a gift. My parents don't get out of the house and backyard much because of the pandemic.so when my father received the pump, he was all excited like a little kid on Christmas. He quickly installed the pump and is very happy with it. He has been enjoying it ever since.Three things he likes:1. The fountain head spays 5 feet high2. the fountain head's angle can be easily adjusted, which is a godsend since the bottom of the pond on which the pump sits is not perfectly level.3. The pump being inside a strainer cage means it will go longer without needing a cleanup.Life is simple sometimes. Of all the gifts I made my father in his lifetime, I think this is the one that made him the happiest. For now this beautiful fountain allowed him to escape the reality of the confinement, the pandemic and the social isolation that comes with it. Thank you Laguna, and thank you Amazon.

i have a 300 gal pond, yes this is big, but the difference in site and sound is tremendousyou can turn both the waterfall and the fountain downthis is amazing

Works great. Watch out when you put on the attachments because they can blow off very easily with the water pressure.
