This was recommended by my dentist. It's excellent for someone with receding gums. It is soft enough not to do more damage.

Toothbrush great as usual but beware. Toothbrushes must arrive in retail packaging to be known clean.

False advertising: 3 SuperSoft toothbrushes were only 2. One toothbrush was True Soft: a very different kind and one I CANNOT USE.How can I return it? Or get a SuperSoft? Or get a credit on my account?Please advise.
