Great pan, especially if you want to avoid toxic coatings. This includes HexClad as well - yes, they do have coatings too. Do your homework, like I did.

It does what it's supposed to
Not all stainless steel are equal. I burned some food in this one and although it's a great pan, I can not get the scortch off... My other brand name stainless steel pans don't do that...

Terrible don't buy. Good sticks, scorched unable to fully clean. Complete waste of money, I have thrown it out!

3ply stainless Steel pan
Handle almost level with pan. Does not extend up. Once hot, the pan is not level on ceramic hob surface. Only use ocassionally. Spend a bit more for a better quality item.
