I love opals even though they are not my birthstone. I purchased the white and the blue, and I'll probably get the orange and green as well. These are well made, and they look like genuine opals to me. (I have some genuine opals, so compared them.) They are fairly large for a stud, being 8 mm, but not overly so. The white go with anything. I wear them with black, white, and any color in between. Both the white and the blue have a lot of fire, more fire than some natural opals. These came with metal backs, and mine, at least, fit snugly with no slipping. There is no irritation, either. I've worn mine day and night for about a week now with no problems whatsoever. If you have someone in your life with an October birthday, or someone like me, who simply loves opals, I don't think you can go wrong with these earrings.

Love these!! I have a thing for opals, I really love them and I’ve always wanted a set of fire or mystic Opel earrings. When I saw this set at this price I thought it would be a good set to try. They are gold plated which means they should be good for sensitive years so that’s why I picked this. I have worn them many times and there is no issue with them upsetting my ears. They are a little bit of larger earrings so they might not be comfortable for you to sleep in. I only wear mine when I go out so I don’t know if you’d be able to sleep in them. They do come in a really cute tin with an extra little bag. I wasn’t going to put a selfie of myself up here so I took a picture of the earrings between my fingers so that you can get an idea of how big they are and decide if you like them. I actually decided to keep mine in the containers they came in so I can easily find them.

I was surprised that these were so big. Very pretty and very sparkly! Comes with the big back pieces and a nice metal case.

These earrings are okay. I like the big size of the round "stone." However, I was disappointed with the look of these once they were in my hands. The photos on the sale item look great, but in person the orange disks which are set into the post earrings don't sparkle like a stone would or look at all like I expected. The flat look of the color, although sprinkled with glitter under the surface, is difficult to convey in pictures. They will do for when orange is needed.

I purchased these initially in the blue, loved them and bought the white, then the orange, now the green... they are the perfect size to be seen without being big, they are all full of color and fire.... I love them and despite having hundreds of pairs of earrings, I wear a pair of these almost every day. Low price too, so I don’t stress about them. Highly recommend!

Bigger than what I anticipated . They were purchased for my 7 year old daughter who has very sensitive skin. They are very pretty, just a little big but she has not broken out and has been wearing them for a month now .

These are crazy for the price - the color is a brilliant blue and they sparkle indoors - and absolutly burst into blue fire outside in the sun. Had to deduct a star as one earings clasp was loose. A bit of delicate adjustment with a pair of needle nose pliers, a soft clotch and a small screwdriver repaired the issue (this should have been caught before they were shipped out but all’s well that ends well). Recommended!

These earrings are really beautiful. They are a lovely vibrant orange and have been admired by many. Just be aware that they are larger than the standard stud earrings. Especially if you have double piercings as I have.
