For the Navy (not #3) are there any inside pockets?

There are no inside pockets but a multitude of outside pockets

what style is the black vest? does it have inside pocket big enough for a cellphone?

I'm not sure about the black vest, but the khaki vest has two inner chest pockets that can both hold my Samsung Galaxy S10e. There are also two outer chest pockets and two hand pockets. They all zip shut except one of the inner chest pockets which has a square velcro tab. I hope this answers your question!
