I got this for an old Dell laptop that had started to run completely down after just a few minutes of use. The installation was relatively easy, requiring only the included tools and around 10 minutes to swap the battery pack and wiring. Battery life has been good and I can get five or more hours of continuous use. This is a good value for a well made replacement battery.

Easy installation. Tools included.
I ordered this for my son's Dell 5491 which was experiencing reduced battery capacity. Installation is fairly straightforward and only takes about 15 minutes; there are plenty of online video guides available. It is nice that this kit includes tools to do the swap. Time will tell regarding the longevity of the battery, but looking good so far!

This battery has turned my Latitude 5480 back into a portable laptop, no longer needing to be plugged in at all times. Installation was fairly easy, but this is the second time I've swapped the battery since the original battery puffed up. Normally I'd prefer OEM batteries, but since my original Dell battery puffed up, I'm not going to pay extra for one.

does not fit Latitude 5591
Although the Latitude 5591 is listed as a compatible laptop, when I went to install this battery it was an entirely different size. I could not use it at all. Perhaps the listing is wrong.
