Light Never Turned On
Just got the whitening tray today and was excited to use it. I have been unable to get he light to turn on even after using the different adapters.

Seems to be made well however my blue light stop working within weeks of purchase.
My assorted plugs stop working within a month.

Didn't last long, if better quality I would buy again. Until then find another product.
I had this for a couple of weeks and it broke. I used it twice a day almost everyday so it got a lot of use. But my saliva seeped into the rubber teeth guard and it started making the metal parts rust. So if it can seep in and make it rust, then it could seep back out and while you're whitening your teeth rust and old spit. So I don't recommend this product.

Lights don’t work
I bought 2. One light worked and the other didn’t. I wonder if someone used it and then returned it after it broke. Gross.

LOVE IT! The timer works flawlessly so I dont have to pay attention which makes it easier to whiten and work ;-) I have had no issues with it not working and have used it on a regular basis.

It works great with my cell(Samsung galaxyS8 active)! I've used it on and off with a whitening gel for about 2 weeks now and I have noticed an improvement in my teeth.😁
