Mozerella for home chefs
We buy this Sargento Natural Mozerella Shredded Cheese frequently. We use it in lasagna and other pasta dishes. It bakes beautifully and tastes good. The cheese has consistently been fresh. We used this on pizza dough for family make your own pizza nights. It melts well. The texture is slightly better than expected for a packaged, shredded mozzarella. The value is good for the convience, quality and flavor.

This Cheese Changed My Life (and My Fridge Smells Amazing)
I didn’t expect to form an emotional bond with a bag of shredded mozzarella, but here we are. First of all, this cheese understood the assignment. It melts like it went to a prestigious melting academy and graduated top of its class. Pizza? Perfect. Quesadillas? Transcendent. I even threw some on a random Tuesday salad and suddenly felt like I had my life together. The “traditional cut” shreds are just the right size, not those weird tiny bits that disappear into nothingness, and not those giant chunks that make you question your life choices. These are the Goldilocks of cheese shreds. Also, let’s talk about the resealable bag. In theory, it’s great. In reality, I have opened and closed it approximately 50-11 times in one sitting because I keep “just grabbing a little more.” At this point, I’m not sure if I’m eating meals or just freehand snacking like a raccoon in the moonlight. Final verdict: 10/10. Would buy again. Would accidentally eat half the bag again. Would pretend it’s for “recipes” again.

Love Cheese
I love how it melts quickly after placing it a top the lasagna. I've purchased no brand name cheese, and it was horrible. Makes lasagna or salads taste amazing with some cheese
