Easy to use and durable, been using it for a year now and so far I’m satisfied. There’s level to it if you can’t tolerate, but for me since I have high pain tolerance it works out fine. Good value for money.

I ordered this in 2024. It has just stopped working (August 2025) - pushing the button is not flashing the laser in the treatment window. I contacted Ulike and they have sent a new unit to me (I returned the old one). So, yes, this product works well BUT the customer services is AMAZING! I have never ever had this kind of service - well worth taking the chance for an expensive (to most) unit!

I have tried many IPL hair removers, but this one is the less painful or uncomfortable, there is only a sensation of coolness on your skin. This one is more special because it has a technology that can target and remove hairs at more shallow, medium, and deeper levels for comprehensive hair removal. This will only be seen in time. I love that it has the automated mode, so I don’t need to press the button every single time. It actually only has automatic mode so it will flash even it isn’t touching the skin. It has 3 levels, and the strongest is the slowest but still very fast compared to others. In less than 10 minutes I was finished with both legs fully. With a flash speed of up to 90 flashes per minute I will be able to get rid of my unwanted hair much quickly and it won’t even take much of my time away. I can do it even while watching a movie. I highly recommend it, I wish I had 4-5 weeks to try it , because my hair is coarse, dark and thick. For now 2 weeks I can feel that is growing back slower, and possibly it’s thinning out a bit.

UPDATE: I've been using this hair removal ULIKE for 5 consecutive weeks now. The first 4 weeks I did it strictly 3 times a week straight after shaving as per instructions. I'm in week 5 and doing once a week. So while by week 3 I noticed an incredible reduction in hair growth I still find that hair grows and is well noticeable or at least you can definitely see the growing dots on my skin. For some reason my armpits hair hasn't stopped growing. It's slowed down but I definitely need to shave if I'm wearing a sleeveless Tshirt I have been doing research on hair removal for a LONG time and this brand specifically this model kept coming up so I couldn't be more excited to own one of this. I have only aver used razors as I can't bare any pain so I was a bit dubious about this as I didn't want to suffer lol however and with a hand in my heart I can not feel a single thing when using it! the ice technology makes it just feel a bit cold when using it but no pain at all. It is very easy to set up and use (I watched some videos online ad you can use it about 3 times a week so I am do it that until I see some results and I will update my review then). the button you press for easy gliding I think it is badly positioned as every now and then I keep pressing it which if you've got the easy gliding turned on it doesn't make any difference but it is just annoying to keep pressing it. overall I am very happy and excited with it and I am so looking forward to seeing results very soon!! (I only just started using it so will update with results hopefully soon!)

I’ve used this device every other day for over 3 months, on the highest setting, targeting male facial hair (lower cheeks, jaw, neck). There has been no noticeable reduction in hair growth, density, or regrowth rate. I followed the instructions, and gave it a fair and extended trial every other day. The product is marketed as suitable for both women and men, but in my experience it is not effective on coarse male facial hair. If you’re a man hoping for beard reduction, I’d advise looking at professional laser clinics instead. I raised this with Amazon support as the item appears unfit for purpose, even though it was outside the standard return window (30 days is not enough to verify if the device actually works). Be aware that results with IPL on male facial hair are limited at best, and this device didn’t deliver anything at all.

This IPL hair remover feels like a quality product built with good material and good attention to detail. The design inspires confidence in its safety which is important for a device you use on your skin. It comes as a fully featured kit including a soothing cream that helps after using it which is really nice. The hair remover works well and delivers good results when used consistently as explained in the detailed instructions. It takes a few weeks to see significant effects so definitely follow what the guide says. Both my girlfriend and I have been using it, we both have light skin with relatively dark hair and it works for us. However pay attention to the types of skin and hair combination that it is compatible with before you buy it. It is easy to use and painless which makes it convenient for regular at home use. Overall while this is relatively expensive on its own, it's also much cheaper than something done by a professional, and you can easily do it at home. So it is worth it if you want an easy and reliable solution. I definitely recommend it.

Truly cooling tip, the strength of coolness changes a bit, if you're overworking it on glide mode it might feel a bit warmer on a couple zaps but WOW overall very cold surface and it's hard for me to even tell fi the "cold" is surprising my skin or if it's the zapping thus nothing feels hot or painful! My partner who's a lot more hairy and dark haired than I, he said he felt some heat/zaps sometimes but I truly barely felt anything (so I've been using full strength @bikini zone). Hopefully this means it's still working for me! ○ BEAUTIFUL product. Honestly the nicest I've owned, would make a beautiful gift. Sleek packaging, luxe gray cushioned storage case for it. Sleek design, simple and easy to hold. Pretty design, leather or pleather cord straps built-in. Easy "quick start guide" is great, nice illustrations. Even comes with a pretty nice little razor which is great for travel imo. ○ Easy to use, only 2 buttons and I did keep forgetting which turned on the "easy glide" (it's the big one). slim an easy to get in nooks/crevices/curves of bikini zone since it's just a straight flat device! My old one was a gun shape and way bulkier to hold/angle and bigger head that couldn't get everywhere easily. ○ The glasses are great! They look cooler than others I've gotten w/ IPL, aviator style. Also definitely covers more area than those weirdly enough, not 100% but much better eye protection. Folds into compact little area, wish it came with a little bag or case for the glasses!!! ❌Dislikes: ● I have yet to see clear results which I'm sure is normal, guessing it takes time. I did directly zap hairs and they did not fall out or pull out at all after zapping so I hope this is normal? Time will tell. ● Not a big issue but the square box/"power adaptor" that attaches to the cord does make for more bulk/clutter on ground. I had thought that might be a remote power box for using cordless but nah. Just an extension of the machine I guess? ● Again, minor nitpick but would've been nice if there was a little glasses bag/case for safe keeping in the box. ● Probably for the better but it has no "counter" for use times/zaps left like my other had. You have to use the glasses provided or something darker, also don't have others in the room without eye protection as it can be seen across the room. * Somewhat noisy but it's not too bad. (A small "quiet" vacuum is about the sound level.) _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Detailed Review: I was on the fence about it, due to several reasons. For one, I have extremely sensitive skin to the point that I have to use specific soaps and products otherwise it breaks out or just tears. My skin is delicate but my hair is somewhat coarse, grows fast, and is stubborn. It was a pricy investment I wasn't sure would work. That being said, I went ahead and got it and I'm so glad I did. I do have a very hectic life and forget simple things often, so setting a schedule to use it has been my only real issue, which is on me not the product. Now, I have used it (so far) on my legs/thighs, somewhat bikini line, hands/wrist area, arms, underarms, and face. (Skip down to results if you don't have sensitive skin or concerns about how your skin will react...and feel lucky <3) ~*~ Products I have used Before ~*~ Just to give a thorough review (as I didn't see this in any other reviews) Previous products I have tried and how my body handled them: * Nair (regular, extra strength, sensitive skin, creams, foams, pretty much every variation) - Effect: Chemical burns even when using less than the recommended time, skin tearing, hair still very much present though a good bit was removed. Due to the chemical burns, I stopped using any of these. * Waxing creams, gels, strips - Effect: Skin tearing and extreme irritation. Sometimes hair was pretty much completely removed but at the cost of removing my skin as well. * Razers and a plethora of shaving creams/gels/ Pinterest and Tiktok recipes (I can't even cover all of them but nearly every Venus line, men's razors, and pretty much anything you can find at Walmart, especially the ones for sensitive skin) - Effects: Skin irritation, some tearing, breakouts, and hair the next day........ ~*~ Finally THIS Product Results ~*~ Again, I have a hectic schedule so I have not been able to use it as recommended, however, the little bit I have used has shown promise. My legs, wrist, and hands have spots or strips that don't grow as fast after 2-4 uses over the span of a month (definitely wayyyy less than recommended for results). I was worried about using it on my face and tried other parts first, so I have only used it on my face twice. This was actually the whole reason I bought it though, as I do not enjoy growing a ton of face hair and being a girl. It's life and natural, but I hate it and it really messes with my self-esteem (which is already pretty low). When using the product, some sensitive spots or spots may still have hair sometimes have a small pinprick sensation for a few seconds. This isn't even that bad, especially since with razors I have about 2 days of burning. I would recommend a non-scented lotion afterwards as your skin can feel a little off. I haven't done a round without the lotion to see if it would get worse. Again, the slight discomfort or off feeling is nowhere near the pain or irritation caused by other products. Overall, I love the product and would recommend it for people with sensitive skin, acne-prone skin, and even coarser hair.

Tem uns 7 meses que uso e ele funciona. Acabou com meus pelos em diversas áreas, como não uso com tanta frequência ainda nasce alguns em partes falhadas, mas são bem finos. De início eu não achei que ia funcionar, mas depois de um mês, atestei que funciona. Nunca tinha feito depilação a leiser e tenho os pelos grossos e esse aparelho acabou com 90% dos pêlos por onde passei o aparelho.

I’m going to be straight up honest about this, it is a lot of effort in my opinion. It’s not really any less work than shaving. I guess it all depends on whether you want to zap your skin to stop hair growth, or just remove it by shaving or waxing, either way you go, it’s an effort. This is very nicely packaged but I found some of the instructions a bit confusing, so I hopped on over to YouTube and watched a couple videos which helped tremendously. The device seems to work well, and isn’t too difficult to use. I’ve been using it for a couple weeks and I don’t really see any real results yet, but I hope to. I made the mistake of shaving a couple stray chin hairs when I was pregnant with my son, well, nobody ever told me it would I grow back the way it did, I’ve been having To shave my chin for 20+ years and the more I shave the worse it gets! No woman wants a 5:00 shadow! If I don’t shave every 30 hours I get stubble that is uncomfortable and feels awful. So I’m using this on my chin to see if it will stop this awful growth in that spot. Once I have used it for a few more weeks I will update my review with the results. Here’s hoping for no more stubble.
