Worst display, worst web cam, low sound, rest off all thing is good, I'm my profession I need good display, good webcam and good sound and all is bad in this laptop and their is no option to return for this reason, waste my money in this product, Next time I will purchase laptop offline only

Worst sales experience
The worst experience I ever had ..the charger of the laptop is not working properly ..we ordered for a technician visit and the order was closed saying that the issue was resolved..Noone visited us or contacted us to resolve the issue ..I suggest Noone to buy laptops from Amazon

Fragile hinge
Performance and the specs are fine in this price range. But please do not buy the laptop with this hinge design. It's very fragile it had already broken twice just by normal use and I had to get it repaired by warranty. It's really expensive to replace without ADP warranty as well. I would have accepted it if it happened once. But it happened twice at the same spot. It is not a coincidence but a huge design flaw.
