KitchenAid KHBV83BM Variable Speed Corded Hand Mixer with Accessories, Matte Black

I’ve just started using this KitchenAid hand blender , and I’ve been really impressed with the results. It blends smoothly, handles a variety of tasks, and the variable speed control makes it easy to get just the right texture. The weight is just right not to heavy for long use. The accessories are convenient and high-quality, too. I like that is corded and do not have to worry about charging a battery. Time will tell how long it lasts, but so far, this brand has never let me down. Everything feels durable and well made, and it’s become my go-to tool in the kitchen. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and versatile hand blender!

We've had this for at least a year, and we love it! It's not ideal for a hand mixer despite coming with a whisk attachment, but it doesn't claim to be a hand mixer and it's fantastic at being an immersion blender. I've used it to blend things when I'm too lazy to use and clean my full size blender, I've used it on sauces, I've used it to puree frozen strawberries with other ingredients straight in the pints for my ninja creami. There are a lot of uses for it and it's been so nice to have. It also stores pretty well if you just put it and its attachments in a little bin or something. It's comfortable to hold and use, and it's much, much quieter than a full size blender. It blends powerfully and quickly. I'm pretty sure it tears through frozen berries quicker than my cheap larger blender. There's no speed range though, so it's all or nothing. That's never been a problem for me though. With kitchenaid's reputation and the cost of some of their other products, I was surprised how affordable this was and have been thrilled with it. Would definitely recommend!
