Do you know why we need copper in our bodies?
Copper has excellent health benefits to our bodies, everything from the production of red blood cells and energy, as well as maintenance of nerve cells and the immune system. We all need that, so I purchased this water bottle. What I like best about this is that not only is it quite lovely to look at but it includes clear instructions on how to wash it, when it should be washed. I am not one who leaves water bottles half full, but it even explains how long you can leave water in the bottle. Overall I am super happy with this purchase.
