Folding for shipping has meant there are a lot of fold lines that are difficult to get out! All the edges were frayed too, so have had to take a lighter to them! Other than that, it does what it needs to do. Easy to clean with a damp cloth (using the right pens to begin with of course. Please don't use a sharpie and come at me when you can't get it off).The mat is pretty big, but hexes are smaller than we thought. I’ve been using flip charts with grids on them for year. I was invited to a session where the DM produced one of these. I was amazed I’d never thought to buy this (which costs as much as a Smart Chart) and reuse it over and over. I love this mat and it’s easy to clean and works best with water soluble pens. You’re best off buying a few of those too as dry-erase leave some marks over time.

Great item, bit expensive for what it is, basically a piece of linoleum. I still am please with it and it makes a nice base layer for further props and maps to sit on.Well packaged and quick delivery. Need to be opened ASAP and laid out flat with wait on it as I has alot of fold lines which come out after a day of being weighted down flat.Great addition to D&D nights

Gamemat in itself is the best, but I feel, like the shipping should be changed to using a tube or something similar, because i had spent in total over 5 days with books and hairdryer to get rid of all the folds and creases. But the product itself is the best, thank you.

Exactly what I needed for my Dungeons and Dragons as well as Starfinder games. Very good value for money!

The mat is large enough to run a reasonable sized encounter and seems to clean off well when using non-permanent markers. The mat seems durable enough to last a while.
