Keeps items cold.
My wife uses these for her Door Dash food delivery service. She likes these extremely well. Keeps ice cream cold while travelling between stops (up to 30 minutes). Well insulated. Zipper topped seal. Would buy again if we need more for cold storage. No idea on hot items, but would probably yield same result. Sides are flimsy and of same material as sides. I cut out a piece of cardboard to fit on bottom for support.

Quality
Well I just got them so I haven't used them until this week, but I like the texture, and they looked horrible, price was great and I do believe the size is correct for what I'm delivering as a chef.

Works great
Purchased these to deliver food and they work great and fold up small for when I am not using. Keeps food hot for delivery.

Cheap but not durable
I do UberEats for a living, and got these so I had some bags without another brand printed on them. Both of them developed a tear near the zipper after a few weeks, rendering them ineffective.

Too small to use for what it advertises to be
Be very careful. I bought these thinking they could be food delivery bags. The pictures are deceiving. They are only big enough to hold a few soda cans or something about that size but nowhere near big enough to hold food bags from restaurants. I'm still searching for a good food delivery hot bag. I use one of these to hold napkins, forks etc for places I go to that refuse to offer those things.

Exactly what I needed. I deliver food and I needed a smaller bag. Containers fit in snug with little movement.Bag keeps food hot.I recommend this bag for those that deliver food.
