It does not smudge once it’s dry and it comes off with makeup wipes but it does last all night

How is it powder if it looks like a regular liquid liner except glittery

Never bought this before but I use my eyeshadows as eyeliner sometimes.... it might come out liquid and dry as powder like senegence makeup is with their eyeshadow.

Can it be used as lipstick?

No it can not be used as lipstick. The glitter is not smooth. The consistency is almost like a glue glitter stick. I do get a lot of compliments on it as an eyeliner, yet it can peel off if not applied carefully.

Bad skin reaction & more, from this product.

I was forced to leave 1 star because of no option to leave 0 stars. My eyelids have been ruined by this product! Burning, crusting, eyes running, pain in eyes, burning in face. This product is not safe at least for me! Eyelids are dark red and you can see that there is an issue going on. Please be aware of this product not being safe to wear… once again THIS IS MY OWN EXPERIENCE with this product, I’m just making you aware! Product is pretty yes, but painful and now with the eyes hurting, aching, tightness, and face burn has to be associated with this because I was totally fine prior to use and now face feeling some kind of way!! BE CAREFUL PLEASE!!

Glitter eye liner

Shake it up, give it a palm smack and awesomeness!

At first I wasn't impressed with this eye liner. It didn't seem to go on too thick. Right before giving up I closed it back up, gave it a good shake and palm hit then tried it again. As you can see that's what it needed. It went on exactly how I wanted it to and actually stayed on all evening. I would definitely recommend purchasing this eyeliner. Having a wide variety of colors to choose from is nice. There's a color to match every outfit.
