i used it on my legs. it works for me, the hair start growing slowly. i dont know how to use at the first time untill watch for youtube. sugestion tips are wait for few days atfter shave. led light on top of skin. make sure keep the sun glass on.

This product did not work. I used it as instructed, several times and discovered that it not only did not remove existing hair, but also didn’t prevent the growth of hair under my chin do around my mouth. This was a colossal waste of money.

I do not know what is happening, but the equipment does not work. I plug it in, push the button and it just won't turn on. I don't know if it is an equipment problem or if the cable came damaged, but I am extremely disappointed. I didn't use it once.

If you have the correct skin tone for the machine it works very well. I was disappointed at first but after using it 6mo. every 2 weeks the hair on my legs is thinner not nearly as visible and when I shave it is so smooth.
