This is a good quality creatine at a reasonable price. It mixes well in water and the taste is decent. After using it regularly, I noticed some improvement in my strength and workout performance. Nice product.....Bur bigmuscle is untrustworthy for whey.Their creatine passes in lab test.Only for that I bought this becoz I wanted a flavoured creatine....
