Why can’t I shop fresh foods I have prime

The only reason I can think of is yo are too far from a metro area that offers it. You might be able to still get Prime Pantry?

Does amazon take food stamps

Amazon fresh delivery accepts EBT (food stamps). Whole Foods delivery does not. In addition you get 1/2 off your Amazon Membership and all that goes with that. I find the food from "Amazon Fresh" to be very fresh and in line or cheaper that chain groceries. With EBT there is no in app tipping. When I catch the delivery associate I do my best as the delivery is appreciated as I am somewhat disabled.

is the milk harmone free?

It does not indicate it is Hormone free on the carton. Since it is altered milk to make it Lactose free I would guess not. It has a very long shelf life over a month or more.
