This lactaid milk makes a difference, from in recipes to as a beverage, it tastes good on its own, lasts much longer than regular milk with a consistent high quality, and doesn't cause lactase involved side effects.It also has a high enough fat ratio to reduce blood sugar spikes from drinking it.It is a bit less creamy feeling than regular whole milk, but has a slight silky texture instead that I think is even better. It smells like a fresher milk, and tastes consistently fresh.

Lactaid has always been my favorite milk. I used to drink the whole milk, but now I’m down to the blue one (2%), and let me tell you it is so delicious. I’m not even going to lie or hold you, this milk never upsets my stomach and goes down smooth every time.Taste: Rich, fresh, and honestly addictive in the best way.Sugar Content: Not too high perfect balance. I love this company. They have really changed my life which sounds silly of course. I didn't realize I was lactose intolerant until 2018 or so. I always knew I had issues with milk (not so much ice cream and cheese) and I couldn't figure out why. Doctors were telling me it was GERD and IBS and putting me on all of these silly pills for reflux. In the end all I had to do was take probiotics periodically and start using Lactaid products! That was it. What a waste of time and money.Anyway, once I realized what my body needed I tried Lactaid and this is the only lactose free product I use that really works for me. I've tried the other companies, the lower end and the fancier ones and Lactaid is the only one I really like. It has the best flavor, even the low fat and skim milk versions. I never have to race to the bathroom or anything after having this milk. I use it in everything, cooked meals, cereal, coffee. Lactaid even has ice cream products which is great. I don't use the ice cream as often because I can handle regular ice cream pretty well, but I have tried it and it's very good. Anyway, I love this company and I'm a much happier person.

Love this stuff. Tastes like vitamin D milk & doesn't upset my stomach. I actually stayed away from it for a long time thinking it wouldn't taste good. Boy was i wrong! This is my new go too
