Great tasting product. Lots of protein at a low price too. I use lots of MuscleBlaze products. They are all good, and at an excellent price. As with other bars, I often freeze some. They are not unlike a frozen Snickers bar. Which my diet will likely NEVER allow again. Not that I don't LOVE those. I just don't want to be fat ever again. Products like this one, used in the correct way, have helped me to lose 71 pounds in just over 5 months.... While maintaining the muscle. Great product.

I was nervous about this because of some reviews, because I'm picky about taste and textures. But I was surprised when I tasted it, it's so good! It smells and tastes similar to any cookies and cream flavoured chocolate, or milkybar white chocolate. The texture is similar to dairymilk crackle. I like that it's a little crispy and chewy, not dry and crumbly. Very solid and filling. 20 grams of protein for 250 calories is an awesome deal! Best post-workout treat. Go for it if you want to try fun (and lazy, for students like me) ways to meet your protein goals!

Very poor experience 5 Protein bar received this is not good

I was scared of protien bar etc. I thought this will make me gain wieght but now i changed my mind. Cautious-: if you eat too much in one day it will make you gain wieght ... in one day 1 or 2 bars if you don't wanna gain wieght...3,4 bars if you wanna gain wieght and if your are professional gym bro. This protien bar helps me alot in mid and post workout when I'm hunger craving....Since I workout in morning with empty stomach high intensity workout for 2,4 hrs sometimes I get hungry in mid workout I used to eat banana but it doesn't make me feel full instantly but these thing instantly make you feel full and you can keep grinding but i usually take this as a post workout with muscle blaze whey protien.
