it works perfectly for my mom it is small but it fits better in her room i very much like that it has only two buttons back/forward. this makes it less confusing for my mom. also very easy to set up. the seat is a little taller making it easier to sit and stand. the color is lighter than the pic and kind of a linen look which is pretty. if you weigh over 250 lbs or are taller than 5’ 7” it may be too short or small.1 month later the metal attached to the lift mechanism snapped when lifting my mothers legs furniture mania refused the return. normal use over a month should not have caused this and the return should have been accepted. Buyer beware!

Came right in time to greet me upon my arrival home from surgery. I’m young, but the electric remote and it’s ability to rise to a standing position was extremely helpful since I had no strength for leverage in either arm. It’s small enough to not take up a ton of room (it’s and extra piece of furniture we did not intend to buy. 4 stars instead of 5 because the foot rest is so short. I’m only 5’5” and my feet hang off of it, which is not very comfortable and a bit disappointing.

Very easy to assemble. I bought the chair for my 90 year old grandmother and she loves it. The chair is firm but comfortable. I’m docking a star because the upholstery is more of a blue than a dark grey and the mechanics (lift/recline) are rather slow. My grandma may be 90 but she’s on the go and the chair can’t keep up.

This chair stopped working less than a year after I purchased it. They are refusing to work with me in any way to replace the chair. Amazon also is trying to work with me directly, but has limited options. The chair arrived on time. It was easy to set up. The chair looks very nice. The control fell very often until I made a place to stick it. The pocket was to far for her to reach. It is VERY narrow so if your loved one is at all overweight they will be uncomfortable. I would have returned the chair if it wouldn't have been a huge hassle to pack it back up and then haul it to a shipper.

We purchased this chair in July & it is already broken. The actual weld on the bottom broke & the chair wouldn't move up or down. I tried to contact the seller with no response. If you need something reliable for an elderly person, you might want to look for other options.

Surprised at the quality of the construction and design compared to the cost. Electrical motor, wiring harness, and controller are made with top quality components. I'm a engineering tech and Electronics tech by trade so I can verify the quality of the electrical components.

Power button is defective. Power buttons only worked for a month. Then became difficult to operate. Switch would not "rock" back and forth..contacted seller..got no reply. Then they immediately closed my option to return as it was 1 week past the 30 day return policy. I would NOT buy this again. Company is NOT reputable.

I weigh 205 lbs and have a large butt. I feel like I am wearing this chair. After 6 months this chair is falling apart with normal wear and tear. I am the only one who sets in it because it is stiff and uncomfortable. You get what you pay for. The price was low and so is the quality of this chair.
