Weber Spirit EP-325 Liquid Propane Gas Grill for Outdoor Cooking and BBQ, 3 Boost Burners, Black

This review is for the Weber SPIRIT 3-Burner Grill EP-325 Liquid Propane grill. I have been a Weber fan for years. I used a 22” charcoal grill for years. The results were always amazing, I just didn’t like all the time it took to prepare the charcoal for use. I decided to bite the bullet and spring for the Weber Spirit 3-burner EP-325 to replace my charcoal grill. I was skeptical as I considered myself a purist when grilling. I am so glad I switched to this grill! First, I’m a bit older and find I can’t do things as I used to so I took advantage of the option to have the grill assembled upon delivery. I’m glad I did because it took 2cguys about 45 minutes to assemble. My maiden grilling experience started with simple hamburgers. I loved firing up the grill, so easy. The 3 burners help to heat up the grill quickly. There are two burners dedicated to searing if you prefer grill marks on your burgers. So I cooked using the non-searing burner and finished by searing then topping with cheese. It was fantastic to have burgers in minutes as opposed to waiting 45 for the coals to be ready. The Weber SPIRIT 3-Burner Grill EP-325 Liquid Propane grill is a solid, reliable choice for all your grilling needs.

great bbq, not too hard to put together and works great when completed. Heats fast and cleans easy.

Took hubby about 1.5 hrs to put together. He’s in construction and has lots of experience putting things together. It started perfectly first time and temp got up to 600 degrees in 15 minutes. The sear burners are new to me and I love them. Made burgers and they were seared on the outside and juicy and medium well done on the inside- perfect! The instructions for cleaning the grill are very helpful and I look forward to cooking on it for many years. (Don’t panic that there isn’t an “E” part baggie like we did at first it’s missing from assembly guide too)

Love this. When I bought my house, it came with a huge grill. I gave that away and downsized to this Weber Spirit. I don’t have to feed the neighborhood. I can still entertain my friends and family and this takes up less space. This works just perfectly. It’s so nice when you get it right.

Excellent grill, very well built and solid. Easy to use. It’s a little bit different way of cooking than I’m used to. I was used to indirect only, but after using this several times I’ve gotten used to the way it cooks. Very even heat and I love that I have flexibility of lowering The amount of heat or raising it. I find the built-in thermometer a huge asset, it helps me customize the heat to what I’m cooking. Would highly recommend.

It came with all the parts for assembly but the door came all dented.

Very happy with this purchase As it was delivered in its shipping, crate allowed me to carry it piece by piece up the stairs into the living room, where we assembled it and then rolled it out the sliding glass door onto the back patio. Assembly was very simple just needed our screwdrivers and one little wrench that came with the parts Seasoned the grill and barbecued some steaks very happy with the sear.

Love my new grill, cooks evenly, no hot spots and very easy to clean
