Really good little machine its very basic but was just what I needed. the only issue I had was the fact that I am only 4'10" therefore my legs don't get enough push because they are very short (No fault of the machine of course) however my upper body gets a decent workout I would say this machine is well built and super easy to put together. (less than two mins) Its worth the price and is light enough for any one at any age to move around.

This is a sturdy and good quality rowmaster, mostly assembled and well-packaged. Delivery was prompt. Although it is solid it is not heavy to move, fold and store. Minimal assembly was required with the piston, handlebar and digital meter requiring attaching. It is comfortable to use with a good seat and secure floor support. A very affordable item and certainly good value. Highly recommend.

Would easily have awarded 5 stars but one of the 2 bolts that you have to fix the handle on was far too short. I had to rummage around in the shed to find a suitable replacement. That said, it is my only real criticism as the piston is quiet, the seat comfortable enough, and the adjustment to alter the resistance of the piston is simple and easy to use. The rowing machine is really very good, light, quiet, simple to use. and quick to put together (apart from that single pesky short bolt). If they could find a way to fold down the handle after us so it could be slid under a bed out of the way that would make a big improvement. I would suggest a 'quick release bolt' at the base of the handles upright where it pivots as you pull the arm back. IT really is good, a great buy, especially for the price.

Good exerciser, easy to set up and used. As little or as much as you like. Stores quite easily and doesn’t take up much room. I stand mine up against the wall.

Firstly I bought one of these cheap rowing machines from Argos so nearly didn't buy this one, the Argos one went back same day as it was ridiculous trying to put it together and didn't look strong, I felt like I would fall off it. This one all you do is screw in a couple of parts, I mean just a couple, even the rubber was on the handlebars and I know some people had issues with that. I have MS and was a bit scared it would be flimsy like the one I returned but it's not. This machine really does feel sturdy. I'm 5' 5" and 12 stone, hence the reason for purchase. I felt quite safe on it, the seat is wide enough for my fat bahookie and comfortable enough. Did it for 5 minutes on the lowest setting then came off. I intend to start with 5 minutes a few times a day then build up to longer sessions. The reason for 4 stars is that the display thingy doesn't appear to be working well at all, not that I need it, maybe I haven't worked that out yet. I also don't think it's suitable for anyone much taller than me if you want a full leg stretch on the pull, maybe 5' 10" or something would be OK. I think this is the perfect machine for someone like me, disabled or mature that just wants to get fit at a nice slow pace to suit. Laughing now, when I first started to try the very first pull I thought the hydraulic thing was broken because it wouldn't move, turns out it was just at the higher setting and I'm a wimp, so watch for that one. I've used rowing machines in the gym and have to say I'm really happy with what I got for this price and having it in the house means I can suit myself when I use it.
