Excellent on my neck and just broke up my chest congestion .. BONUS.

Not “HOT” to me…
This is not a “negative” review, but I was expecting this to have some heat to it but honestly, it’s not the slightest bit warm… Seems to help with my problems a little but not HOT as advertised. This is just my personal experience. It may be different for others.

Smells beautiful, only works on very thin skin
If your skin is thick, or tough, do not bother with this cream for pain relief purposes. It will warm fingers and toes, cheeks, ears, any area with thin skin. But on legs, arms, and other places it does not help. I have no idea if it helps decrease cellulite but it does not help arthritis or muscle soreness if your skin over the affected area is too thick.

No heat but decent skin softener.
I am not usually inclined to be tough on reviews but I bought this cream to see if the heat would be strong enough for my mother in law who has cold feet and hands year round and lives in an area that has bitterly cold weather. There was no heat whatsoever. The cream was not greasy and left my hands soft but there wasn't even a tingle. I thought since i have different skin and system that I would have my husband try it since his skin is the same type as his mom. No dice. He felt nothing. We covered our hands we felt no difference. We rubbed our hands together and nothing. I would not recommend this for the heat or muscle soreness. It does a good job of making the skin soft. The smell is mild not bad.
