Very good product I have been using this product since Dec 2019. No problem

It is very difficult to explain the controls to helpers, so that they do not overload the machine. Within a week of buying, the machine is now stuck at medium load indicator even when machine is running freely. On-Off switch directions have been shown as gradual, so people think to increase suction power using on-off switch. Similarly, the actual button for intensity has more problems - The overload indicator is next to the low-medium-high indicators. It should have been kept separate or highlighted separately. - Low medium high indicators are of the same color. It is not easy to guess which one is for what. - The button does not correspond to the label. The label for low-medium-high should match the range of movement of the rotary dial.

This is a very useful product. I got a damaged product. I had to cancel other products which I purchased due to the damaged. I wasn't sure if I could get a product without damage. The customer support options are changed, couldn't inform my concern. I apologise used this review to tell it. The vaccum cleaner box was opened, and it was damaged. Then sent to me. I informed customer support earlier. Thanks

I was using the previous version of the vacuum cleaner, EuroClean WD bough on 2010. Which was doing good and worn out due to wear and tear over a period of time(~12 yrs). I bought the version available from Eureka Forbes, in last Jun'23. I would like to provide my feedback below. It was working for 5 months . Then got a problem. There was not current distributed to motor. They changed the cable and it started working. After a month, the motor started giving problem. The motor stopped working after the switched on, but indicator shows on. This was informed to customer service. The service engineer came and inspected. They said that they would come back. It is more than a month no come back. Called customer services more than 4 times. They said, they would send the engineers. No sign of fixing the problem. Other issues found in the machine: I am seeing the following as design problems. 1. The expandable flexible hose is unscrewing from the sturdy hose. 2. The filter cloth is very tight and close to Kappa filter. The cloth filter was having good and correct size in the prior version of the vacuum cleaner 3. The air output is changed to sideway in this new version. This blows out the air on the side way, which pushes the dust before the broom head sucks. Pathetic design. In the older version, the output was upward, which was not giving any problem. 4. Broom is not having the roller wheel. This requires high effort in cleaning. This is inefficient. 5. Since there is no roller wheel, the broom collects the dusts and hairs sticking very frequently. this required stopping the machine and it needs to be cleaned. 6. There is no design to compactly wrap the flexible hose and keep in a smaller space. It is always occupies more space to avoid any damages. Not an efficient version.

I'm using it for more than one month and I'm very much satisfied with my purchase. The key thing of a vacuum cleaner is the suction power and I must say the suction power is just awsome for indoor cleaning. It is very much useful for various kinds of cleaning. You can use it in dry surfaces as well as wet surfaces. It can be used as a blower also. Just change the hose from the suction end to the blower end and it's done. When I wash my bikes, I used it as a blower to blow out the excess water from various parts of my bikes. It is easy to clean and portable. Built quality of the product is good. The control panel of this machine is very easy to use and the suction power can be controlled through it. It comes with a huge range of accessories for various kinds of cleaning and you can reach every corner of your room with various attachments. Overall I am very happy to have it.
