Wow! No more putting 2 green tea bags in my cup to make it stronger. My first time trying matcha tea. This matcha is tastes great,it's full-bodied and satisfying. This is supposed to have more potent health benefits than tea bags (and no melted plastic from the coating on some tea bags and no pesticides). Dissolves easily with my mini whisk. Plus the powdered form will make it easy to add to smoothies. I saw on YouTube that you should use hot, not boiling water (212 fahrenheit), which will "burn" it. This company offers ginger powder too. I am going to order that as well.

I tried to make a latte but it was really bitter! It tasted good when I made it into mochi and whipped cream though!

I liked that this tea claims it's origin story as Japan, which makes it sound legit to me. The color is green, which I was hoping for. The flavor was pretty good, which I was also hoping for. The price versus quantity ratio is very acceptable! I mixed it with quite warm oatmilk and honey several times, which was good. Mixing it in water is less good, the bitterness was more prominent, although I had to ask myself "is this just the bitterness in you, self?" It was not. It was the tea. In conclusion I think that this is what matcha tea is supposed to taste like.

Absolutely amazing quality and taste. I have been looking for a good matcha green tea for a while but most of them have additives until I found this. So I can make more than 20 cups of matcha latte each was costing me $5 in coffeeshops.
