Great for what I needed it for. Made treats with this strawberry powder. Should of bought the larger size and it smells delicious. Real fruit used

Other reviews had issues with the container coming open and spilling during shipping. I didn't have that problem. It arrived perfectly sealed for me. My only issue with the strawberry powder is that it doesn't have as strong of a flavor as I was hoping. I could barely even taste the strawberry flavor in my cupcakes. Next time I will double the amount. That being said, it does have a very natural taste, not chemically at all. And it's a very fine powder much like flour.

I was expecting I'd taste Strawberry but instead all I taste is powder. I think the secret is that the actual ingredient isn't strawberry it's strawberry powder. The print is so tiny I can't see if there is a note what strawberry powder actually consists of. From now on I will only order a item that it just strawberries.

Good flavor but have not had good luck using in my macarons.

This is a two ounce bottle of freeze dried strawberries powdered. It is the same size as a spice jar or the jar sprinkles come in when you purchase the bottle at the grocery. It tastes like ripe strawberries, not too tangy. I ordered this specifically for baking. If there is any leftover from my frosted lemon cookies, I think we will try it in some yogurt smoothies. It does have a lot of strawberry flavor. There are not any anticlumping agents in this, however, mine is free flowing. It has a best by date of the first month of twenty twenty seven. I love adding products like this to my work pantry, it encourages myself and my coworkers to experiment and explore. At the time of this review, this is a good price for what you get under seven dollars a bottle. I could purchase whole freeze dried strawberries and make my own powder, but that is extra steps, takes a good grinder to get consistent results, and time consuming. I just want to get to the baking part. This is fantastic for any recipe where you want strawberry flavor without any additional liquid,(cakes, cookies, frostings, etc.). You can add flavor without having to change the ratios of wet and dry ingredients. It will give you more consistent results. edit: made fantastic strawberry sugar cookies, used both in the dough, and in the sugar you roll the dough in. They turned out delicious.

The GranAroma Strawberry Fruit Powder is versatile and can be used in baked goods, desserts, or drinks. It is easy to use for a quick flavor boost. The color is nice and pretty. My daughter loves adding it to her milk.
