I loved the way this translator worked . The Mexican mother of my daughters husband came to visit and she did not know English .. and this translator saved the day for quite a long time ... I would recommend this to everyone .. It was great in that it would say the translation right away .. holding a conversation was easy !!

If you want on-the-go translation, buy something else
It took me a while to set it up for the first time. Takes a minute to connect to WiFi. Many steps to get started. If it doesn’t connect you gotta turn off and restart. Once it worked I was happy with the product. But once you get out of range, it’s of no use. If you need an on-the-go translator, this isn’t the one. I returned my product to get a translator that works with Bluetooth since I’ll be traveling around countries with low WiFi quality.

could not get it to work - could be my
possible I did not understand or could decipher the instructions to set it up the right way...tried numerous times over a two day period...and multiple searches did not get me the right support, I needed live support as the virtual idea were also exhausted. On the other hand I did get a refund promptly when I gave up trying to get it to work.

Device restricted to internet access and will not easily connect!
Do not buy this product! This device will only operate when connected to the Internet! It connects via Bluetooth and it's ability to connect to a network is problematical.

Difficult. Doesn't work
Spent more time downloading APP and trying to connect device to APP. Never worked. Device would not connect. Garbage. Don't buy.
