Best Value Out There
I have had this system for over 6 months now and I believe I can provide a good review based on my long term experience. This 5.1 system is the best bang for your buck out there. I like surround sound and I have always wanted to experience it whenever I watch movies but the cost of the top brands was always prohibitive to me. The setup was easy, took less than 10 minutes to get everything up and ready. I connected mine through eARC to my TV and it works like a charm everytime I turn on my TV. There are multiple ways of connecting and I have tried all of them and the all worked. This system provides comparable sound at a good price. I particularly love watching horror movies with this as you get to experience the shock scenes with deeper immersion just the way the sound engineers want you to. I cannot recommend this product any higher for those who want the real experience but do not want to put a hole in their pockets.

GREAT Bargain and nice sound. Easy to set up.
What a bargain and the sound is very nice. Worth the money for sure.

Great sound
Sound quality is good, easy setup, the only negative that I have found thus far is that it does not interface with voice control on Firestick

Great option for bedrooms
Great for it's price. Don't expect theater quality. Like 46khz 16bit. Be prepared to download the app and then update the firmware from there. Requires rather a good scope of know-how to setup Dolby and Passthrough. I recommend using arc so you can control audio with the TV remote. After ur done with configs, you can just let it do it's job.

Surround Sound Not Loud
Any idea why the small speakers aren't working? We have tried everything, but only a small sound is coming out. We have several other systems that rock the house, this system has to be turned up to 90+ to hear the surround sound.

Great if you just use apps on your smart TV
I just wanted to have surround sound in the bedroom but only for a fraction of the price I paid for the living room. I also had concerns about getting it comfortably into a frankly quite cluttered room but this was wonderfully compact. The trade off against this convenience is that the rear speakers connect via Bluetooth which is a compromise but one I had to take in the space I'm using. Setup was super easy and intuitive, just make sure you get the app as the remote seems to lack a master volume control. I was very skeptical, the price seemed too good to be true but I tried a concert film I had on an app on my TV and after a little tweaking the levels, it actually sounded pretty good in the small room. I was feeling really pleased with myself and then I tried playing a blu-ray. At first it sounded a little quieter but still pretty good but then I became aware of a small, persistent glitch in the sound. Somewhere at the front left it would keep cutting out. Not so annoying when playing on my games console but trying to listen to a Dolby Atmos mix of a classic album on blu-ray (which was the main reason I wanted surround in my bedroom) and it was beyond frustrating. I was using my old Optical cable so I tried the one that came in the box but it made no difference. I tried using bluetooth instead of the optical cable and while that took care of the glitch, the drop in sound quality was far too noticeable. Looking on the manufacturers website, it said to use an EARC connection if you're using external devices but my TV doesn't support EARC, just optical and bluetooth. Trying to talk to their customer service was very annoying. The chat feature is hard to use on an android phone as the box to type your message is partially hidden under the home/back/open apps buttons with no sign of the send button. The responses were very spotty, often going silent for hours and then just copying and pasting over text from their website. So, I gave up and sent it back for a refund.
