I use fat-free milk, two teaspoons of peanut butter, and half a banana. mixes easily I use a cordless 24oz blender.. i won't lie super tasty but VERY FILLING.. for me at 280 pounds it cuts out dinner and I generally don't eat till maybe 10 am or so the next day. super high-grade protein and solid bang for the dollar.Do to my build and size its hard to get enough good calories this def helps

I loved this protein powder. It tasted great and I gained alot of muscle and weight while taking it. (As a skinnier guy this was a plus) The one thing I'll say is the serving size is a bit large making it a challenge to get down but its worth the effort if you split it up throughout the day.

I have been training for 4 years now, I found really hard to eat all my required proteins every day, I have tried almost all protein powder shakes in the market, this is probably the best, after a pack, I have seen my gains increase, It feels light not as other whey based, taste is good and preparing is simple and does not cause a pain in the * to dissolve it, It is just tricky to get the 50gms of protein you need 4 scoops it is a lot of powder in a single shake, anyway the amount of protein against carbs is ideal to gain wait.

I'm on a mission to bulk up and add mass to my physique and was searching for a mass gainer that wasn't made from milk/dairy by products because I have dairy allergies. Vegan mass gainers aren't really a thing (which is weird because if they make vegan protein powder, then surely someone can make a proper vegan mass gainer) but I digress. And then I remembered that MuscleMeds exists and that they use beef protein instead of whey, soy, quinoa, or pea powder. Gave this a try and it's a lot better tasting than I thought it would be. I imagined it would smell like a beef processing plant but in actuality, it has a very faint beef smell. It mostly has a chocolate/coffee like aroma and taste. Almost like Orgain vegan protein powder. It doesn't make me nauseous or feel weird. I use it sparingly and only spilt 1 serving into 2 shakes a day. So 4 scoops total for 50g of protein. Anything more than that could cause an upset stomach because it's also loaded in carbohydrates (which contain sugar, so it's not a completely sugar free product). I saw someone mention in another review that they mix 6-8 scoops with milk and water and it gave them diarrhea. That's probably why.The powder itself is a fine grain, but when you mix it with water it gets sticky and clumpy. A shaker cup alone will not adequately mix this up and neither will using a spoon. The best method to get a smooth shake is by using a blender. I have a little Blendjet that I use and it does the trick.Lastly, I do believe that this product has helped me put on mass. I look bulkier but not fat, either. With a regular workout schedule, this should help you put on size.

I was not expecting this stuff to taste so good. I needed the calories and source of good protein and thought I would just have to get it down somehow but It's delicious. Water, ice, and 4 scoops in the blender and there it is. Next time maybe a teaspoon of instant coffee or a couple squares of 86% cacao and this drink will be something to look forward to after a workout. Highly recommend.

As a person who has tried a ton of different maskeeners I have to say this one mixes very well tastes amazing even with water. So definitely will be buying the stuff again as far as helping add Mass I don't know yet today's day one so looking forward to see what this does also going to be purchasing more a products made by this company.

Great product too much calories

Do NOT purchase this product. It is loaded with toxic ingredients you can't even pronounce along with maltodextrin which spikes blood sugar. The label reads 0 sugar, but the fine print tells the real story. As a 48-year weight trainer I know what to put into my body and what to avoid at all cost. Don't let misleading labels fool you. This is garbage.
