We try to incorporate some form of caviar at the very least weekly for the health benefits. I was buying salmon roe from Alaska for years and ran out so I decided to try this. The taste is a lot more subtle than salmon but very pleasing. There is no "sharp" taste like you can get in some inexpensive caviar.I have ordered this 3 times now and haven't had any problems with it being unsealed or leaking as some of the feedback indicates.The downside is that my 7-year-old granddaughter likes it a lot. I caught her eating it with a teaspoon. LOL. To be perfectly honest, if it was a lot cheaper, I may eat it with a teaspoon as well!
