The Best!!
This is the flavor I've been looking for. So many Garam Masala's have spicy spices added. This one is pure flavor. If I want spicy I can add it. The spices tasted very fresh and it came out perfect just like Chef John said it would.

A Well Rounded Garam Masala
This review is from an American perspective. We really enjoyed the flavor of this garam masala. It smelled amazing and had a great balance of flavors with a hint of sweet. It’s definitely mild on the heat scale. You’ll need to add your own heat if you like a little burn.

Pretty good for pre-made spice
Used this for making chicken tikka masala. Not as good as the homemade recipes of garam masala, but it was good enough to add to the curry mix. I also tried putting this into Japanese curry blocks to make it more flavorful.

Consistency and quality every time.
Always love Rani. This was a good deal for a bulk item that’s used in so many recipes. It was fresh and timely and on point with what a Rani product is supposed to be. I appreciate the consistency and quality this company produces on a regular basis. The packaging was fine and it arrives fully intact although I do transfer it into a glass container for my pantry once I get it. This makes it much easier to use since that the bulk packaging is not really designed to be resealed.
