I often suffer from cramps at night in my leg or foot. The pictures show what the spray looks like on my foot and once it is rubbed in. I haven't experienced any tingling with it but have experienced mild itching after it sits on my skin for a while. So far, it has helped keep the cramps away.

I gifted it to a friend. She said it helped her leg cramps a bit. I’m not sure if she would purchase it.

This helps with sleep but be aware that it will cause skin to peel when used daily.

Not sure what the hype was about! What a load of BS. Felt no difference except the residue on my sheets that made my bed feel weird and sticky. CLEARLY a scam.
