Squirrels chewed the cord
This product has a plastic cord that connects the retractor and bird feeder. The squirrels chewed 3 out of 4 of the cords the and draped the feeders onto the ground the second day they were hanging.

Retractable Plant Hangers
I purchased theses for my hanging plants, I only opened one package, the hangers would get stuck and wouldn't go up to the height that I wanted it to. Disappointed, will open the second box this spring.
