I have an adjustable-height desk (also purchased from Amazon) and needed a drafting chair for those times when my body gets tired of standing. This chair fits the bill and then some! I put it together myself; it took me about an hour, but would take me about half that next time, since now I know what to do (and what NOT to do!). All the parts were there; there are even spare parts (see photo). All the holes were drilled in exactly the right places, too, which isn't always the case when I buy things from Amazon (my standing desk is a great example). The chair fits me; I'm short (5'3.5"), and often the seats of furniture are too deep for me to rest my feet flat on the floor. The depth of the seat on this chair is just a little over 18 inches, and with the adjustable footrest ring, it's perfect. I don't think a tall or heavy person would fit in it, to be honest. But it's perfect for those of us who are vertically challenged. I love that it glides easily on my hardwood floors and that it turns 360 degrees. The chair comes in numerous luscious colors, so take your pick! It is very sturdy, has good lumbar support, and the seat and seat back are very comfortable. And the arms flip up, which was an absolute must when I was shopping for this chair. I got it on sale, too -- $109.00 -- and I'm delighted with this purchase.

Excellent chair design, extremely comfortable and exceptionally easy instructions to follow making for simple assembly. Love the amply wide cushioned seat and ergonomic backrest. The height adjustment feature works perfectly as well as positioning of the foot ring . Having the ability to raise the arms is also a big plus! I highly recommend this product for attractive appearance, comfort features, functionality and operation. Really nice chair!

UPDATED: If I tried this chair in a store, I would not have bought it. However, it's fine for now and have made some accommodations to make it work. After a full workday with this, here are my thoughts: The pros • Good height options for standing desks and drafting tables • Ease of assembly • Many color options • Pricing isn't the best, but not the worst either • Feels pretty sturdy The cons or good things to know • The seat depth is rather short (I am 5' 8" and longer in the leg, and I think 2-3" deeper would be better) so I have put a footstool under my desk to sit properly because my legs started to feel weird if I let them just hang - the foot ring is fine, but I shouldn't sit that way all of the time. • The arms are a low when down and then when put away/up they are in the way and should go back another 4-5" to be fully out of the way • The arms are also hard plastic that had rough and dinged areas (see photo) - already got a scrape from one • The back does not move and can not be adjusted • UPDATE: It's creaky - for a swivel chair it makes a fair amount of noise, it's not the swivel itself, but the chair seat itself if you shift in it. No amount of tightening the screws stops it • UPDATE: You will need a supplemental seat cushion inside of a month I will keep this, but only because my other chair is broken. I had my assistant try it. He's got shorter legs and it fit him better, so maybe it's not best for taller/longer legged people??? Even as I typed this, I put my arms down and hit the chair's arm. The arm is part of the chair assembly and it can not be easily removed. If these are still annoying, I will take apart the chair and force them out.

I love this chair! It was really easy to assemble. It completes my job workstation and decor. Very comfortable and a lot of features: height, armrests and foot ring. Great purchase!
