Does thus graphics card need to be connected to power supply? If so does it include the cable to do so?

Yes, it needs a 6 pin connector (2x3). Mine didn't come with an adapter but my power supply has several of the 6 pin connectors. You can get an adapter that'll convert a 4 pin molex connector to a 2x3 6 pin connector.

What are the differences between each version of the card?

There are differences between the 3GB having 1152 CUDA Cores, while the 6GB has the full 1280 CUDA Cores on the chip. The 6 GB is between 5-10 % more powerful under heavy gaming. I've had both versions and they are both very fast and efficient for the price.

Will this bottleneck with a core i3 6100

The core i3 6100 will not bottleneck this card in any modern games other than a very select few such as Ashes of The Singularity. The I3 6100 is fastest to keep up with this card for at least another few years.

Best price to performance ratio ! I'm a reviewer and I ordered it for my own purposes, I didn't ordered the 6gig version because only 2-4 frames difference is in both models and it's better than RX480 even the 8gig version. And buy the gaming x version you'll get more overclocking headroom and features ! But don't buy it in 2023, 3gb Ram is very less.

This graphics card is perfect and quiet and it's also very easy to install and it's quite bigger than I expected but that's not a problem.I have a Ryzen 5 3600 8gb ddr4 3200mhz ram and this gpu gets constant 180fps in fortnite and it runs very smooth in gta5 high settings I've had it for 4 days and it's been performing great so far.
