Good quality vitamins, taking this with my current prenatal because it doesn't include choline already. No after taste and easy to take.

Since I started taking this supplement I've noticed improvements in focus and mental clarity. I feel boost of energy levels when I take your supplement . Also I do appreciate the clen formula,that it does not have any gluten,since I have a sensitivity to it. The size of the pills is easy to intake. Overall I am very happy with the product and the results it delivers.

I only marked 4 stars because of the price point. It dos not have an odor at all nor did I notice a bad taste or one at all, which is a win! It is an effective vitamin and the product is definitely packaged and made well.

Choline plays a key role in fetal brain development during pregnancy! Took these choline capsules (2 a day) during my last two trimesters and my baby definitely reaped the results. She is very intelligent and at 3 months old she has hit her milestones early and is continuing to surprise us with how smart she is. Wish I knew about taking choline during pregnancy to help increase your baby's intelligence with my first two kids... sorry kids 😄. I am still taking 2 a day while breastfeeding.

I took this during pregnancy and while breastfeeding, based on strong research supporting choline’s role in baby development. I really appreciate that just two pills provide the full 550mg, much more convenient than other brands that require more. No digestive issues or side effects at all. Highly recommend

This is an excellent Choline offering from Mothers Promise. The company has a clear goal of making high quality supplements to support women, particularly with pregnancy. Choline itself is a great supplement for everyone (men & women) but the dosage with this one is targeted for pregnant women, who might need just a bit extra. Obviously, check with your doctor and do your homework to decide what dosage is right for your needs. The pills arrive nicely packaged, perfectly sealed, and have no odor or taste. My wife found them easy to take, no concerns at all about them causing an upset tummy - so they were trouble-free. Worth noting is Choline is available in a few different formats - and it is important to know what you are getting because of course they are NOT all the same. Choline derived from Soy Lethicin is very common, very inexpensive - but also the least beneficial and the least bio-available. There are much cheaper Choline products on the market - but often this is why, they use a cheaper form of Choline that is not as beneficial for you. Phosphatidylcholine (PC) is another form of Choline, and it is better than Lethicin - more effective and more bioavailable, but it still isn't the best form. This product from Mother's promise uses Choline Bitartrate - which is considered a good "standard" form of Choline. It has good bioavailability, and shows positive effects in human trials - but it isn't the best at crossing the blood/brain barrier for optimal brain-health benefits. If you want the very BEST forms of Choline, they are usually a bit more expensive. Alpha-GPC is best known for it's optimal blood/brain barrier penetration and neuro-protective benefits, and is among the best forms of Choline for that. Finally, the very best form of Choline is Citicoline (CDP-Choline) which has the best results in clinical studies - but you will find this version of it is also among the most expensive. Bottom line - know what you are getting, and be sure you are taking the right supplements for the right reasons. This product is great for basic Choline supplementation, in a dosage level that is targeted to pregnant moms that need just slightly more Choline to support their growing baby. Because the product is designed and advertised to do just that - I'm happy to give it 5-stars, even though there are more "premium" types of Choline out there that are more effective.
