Must Have
Skeptical if they would work, but I was wrong big time. I used them differently as I used them on the different areas of my feet which control areas of the hear, brain, eyes, and so on. It helps circulation and stay on superb as tiny as they are and almost invisible. Yes a great product and happy I chose it.

Excellent product!
I love these. They may be small but my knees feel amazing! I have tried so many different things for my knees, bone on bone but this small patch helps so much. Thanks for a great product!

SMALL size Stays on, does stimulate points upon motion.
DURABILITY: HIGH photo shows 30 hours after initial application(and after 2nd bath). during that time, 8 hours of sleep with wrist being rubbed around under pillows/blanket. total of 4 hours of sweaty exercise and 2x30min bath soak, aside from regular work day. So adhesive is strong enough to stay on. POINT STIMULUS: LOW O MODERATE. not as present as press-needle, but more stimulating than press-seed. The sensation is low at non-moving area of the body. It creates subtle continuous pulling feeling at the point if applied at the area that moves the skin (like joint crease). PAIN MANAGEMENT: PROBABLY WORKS WELL FOR CERTAIN PAIN, BUT NOT OTHERS. It stimulates point enough to create a noticeable difference in pulse diagnosis, so it does move qi. So for pain caused by Qi stagnation, it is likely to be effective with this small patch. superficial blood-stagnation, may be. anything deeper or structural, most likely NOT.

No adhesion
I go through kt tape like crazy as I use it daily. These I was very hopeful on. They are much smaller than they appear online. Trouble is they don't stay stuck. It goes on great. Then yoy make the slightest movement and it peels right up.

Poor adhesive
They seem to help a little like other brands, but the adhesive is very bad quality. The tips of the patch all don't stay attached to the skin, unlike other brands that stick so much better. Good price for these patches, but just don't rely on the tips sticking down (and instead stick up and sometimes catch on things when using my hands during the day).
