Very tight and compresses well. Excellent for post‑tummy tuck and leg lipo recovery. The large crotch opening makes bathroom visits much easier than other fajas with tiny openings, which can be tricky and risk accidents. They’re a bit pricey, but I think they’re worth it. Very comfortable overall.

I was pleased with the fit of this garment. I am taller than average and the legs still fit comfortably below my calves. And, the crotchless feature is generous enough that I can confidently use the restroom. The material is light and fits comfortably under my clothes. Overall, a quality garment.

Amazing comfort. I just had minor surgery on my back and tummy. It has a hole so you can pee without taking the garment off. Yes, definitely organize when it comes to this stuff. It’s like pricing, but it’s worth it. Especially if you have liposuction, it holds together and takes the pressure off.

I waited a couple of weeks post surgery to decide to buy this. I hesitated due to some of the negative reviews. But I really needed something that didn't have zippers or hooks and would give me good compression. I went by the measurement chart. I'm 5 feet tall and approximately 194 pounds after surgery. I am still swollen as well. I had lipo and a mini inner thigh lift. I ordered the 2xl (was in a 3xl in a different marena garment), and this one fit perfectly. I sleep in it as well, and take off to wash it by hand. Since I'm short, the legs do go further down my calf, but it's okay. By end of day my legs swell up badly from working so the extra compression is needed down my leg anyway. I slowly pull it up because it could tear if you aren't careful. So far I have been using this a couple of weeks and no issues. In another week or two I may size down (hope to) so I only ordered the one since they are expensive. I hope this is helpful to someone who is in need of a compression garment. I feel it's made well and it's comfortable too. It's fully pull on. No zippers or hooks. It does have the opening to use the restroom. But I don't use it. I pull it down from the top to use the bathroom.

I like this very much but it has pluses and minuses compared to the Isavela brand, which I've also tried. The crotch opening in the Marena brand is perfectly sized and placed to use the restroom without hassle or accidents. I love that. The Isavela opening is smaller and less convenient, for me at least. The fabric of the Marena is different from Isavela but both seem equally comfortable and durable. I have a short torso, and Isavela brand is definitely shorter in the torso. The Marena wrinkles/creases a little at the narrowest part of my waist because my torso isn't long enough to pull the fabric taut (if that makes sense). The shoulder straps and cut of the "boob scoop" under the bust differ as well. I find the Isavela more comfortable: wider straps, lower cut under the bust, and looser opening around the top. But the Marena is very flattering: the tighter band under the bust and higher-cut scoop push my boobs up, and the higher back coverage smooths any bra-line or back rolls. Both brands are similar in price. I'm happy with both but for different reasons. I think the biggest factor affecting which you should choose is torso length: if you have a longer torso, definitely go for Marena. Because returns aren't possible with this garment, I hope people find this comparison review useful.

I've worn this garment for a week and it's already got a hole in it. I paid over a hundred dollars for it. There products are so EXPENSIVE and So VERY CHEAPLY made. My surgeon gave me 2 pairs of the pants post op they had holes in them in less than 2 weeks. I hated to buy this because the compression pants tore up so quickly. I washed them in cold water and hung them to dry like advised. They still tore up. SMH I had to have something to replace them though. I was extra careful everytime I put it on. I'll be damn if it still didn't get a hole in it while putting it on. The size is not the issue. My pants were actually to big and they still look like someone took a grater to them. I really wish I could find a better company for after surgery compression garments.

My wife loves this. It is strong compression except it’s very long in the waist so buy smaller if you aren’t tall/ long waisted. The hole down below is big enough to do all your business which is vital cuz this is crazy hard to pull on and off(kinda the whole point). Speaking of which, the elastic part at the chest is VERY tight and became painful for my quite thin wife. She had to place a sock against her skin to make it bearable. But it doesn’t slip at all and that’s what she wanted. Highly recommended.

This faja is incredible. The quality is unmatched. Super comfortable and feels great during recovery.
