This is perfect for baking! I am a home baker and bought it to make dye-free pink buttercream. It had a great flavor, smell, and turned out to be the perfect color. I only used a few table spoons of powder for enough frosting for 2 dozen cupcakes. It will last awhile and is more cost effective than using fresh strawberries. The bag will last quite awhile, but I will repurchase when I run out!

I purchased this to use in a neapolitan cookie recipe. It has a very strong strawberry flavor and adds a nice color to the cookies. You get a good amount in this package. Would most likely purchase again.

It's a bit gritty.

This stuff is frickin' awesome. Made strawberry icing for birthday cakes, strawberry pancakes for the nephews. Very flavorful and easy to bake with.

Great product with a great strawberry flavor. We used the powder for mini tea party sandwiches. I had a lot left over and used some in a strawberry cake with strawberry icing. I still have lots left and plan on using it in other strawberry desserts over the summer. I would definitely buy this again in the future.

I really hoped I would like this. It would have been so much simpler than blending freeze dried strawberries anytime I want to get that good strawberry color and flavor in baked goods. I know it’s really not that much of a hassle to blend them, I just thought it would be nice to cut out one step of the process. I bought tho is product with these intentions, and was sorely let down. The taste and smell are abhorrent. Truly, I used it in a simple little cake I made, and everyone in the house commented on the smell and look of it. If I could give this 0 stars, I would.

I wouldn’t buy this again if it cost a penny. It has no flavor, difficult to dissolve and simply put I threw away money.
