Installed this as part of a house renovation project for some of that WOW factor and what can I say I'm super impressed with the looks and function for the price. This seems to be high quality and not only does it look nice it functions well too. Install was no very difficult and the instructions were nice and clear. The hardest part about under the sink installs is just working upside down and having a cabinet ledge in the middle of your back. Great value and looks much more expensive than it was.

The fausett looks nice. However, it doesn’t work properly. I just had mine installed and it is terrible. The button doesn’t work and only a trickle of water comes out unless you hold in the button. I currently have a beautifully renovated kitchen that I can’t do dishes in because of this. It is very disappointing. I’ve had to wrap a headband around the button to get the water to come out. I am hoping the seller will contact me to see about a replacement.

I would love to return it - unfortunately the return window has closed, The faucet head is the problem. Damns up the flow of water. The flow hardly moves even when the control is all the way up.VERY DISSAPOINTED.

I hope the seller will see this... we have had this installed for about 6 months. Two months ago the nozzle started sticking when we’d use the spray option. It took several attempts to switch back to regular water flow. And now it is stuck with neither regular flow or spray- and we’re left with a slight trickle of water. Took it apart to see if we could fix it, but no luck. Very unhappy with the purchase.

Worked great for couple months then spray button quit working

Faucet broke literally days after return period was over. Water trickles out, unless I’m holding down the button, then it’s in super force sprayer mode.

Stopped working after 9-10 months of use. First the water pressure started getting low, then the button stopped working to switch from shower to regular.

Took about 4 months to install so missed my return window, which is on me, but product is faulty. The head has 2 different option, a sprayer and aerated option. Firstly you have to hold down for spray option, which is annoying, but it will often stick halfway between functions and loose all pressure all together, takes hitting it with a screwdriver or something multiple times to get pressure again.

I love this tap. It works very and looks beautiful. Many compliments on it. Unfortunately the button on the nozzle broke within 3 months and trying to figure out how to repair it! The company doesn't honor their warranty and there is no way to contact them. Very bad company!

Finally installed and like others, it stopped working properly after 3 months of use. Past the return period so can’t do anything but pressure just went. Took it apart,CLR jist Im case and nothing worked.

Love love love this faucet! Super easy to install. Came with everything needed and just beautiful!

Husband installed it last night. It looks like a high end Kitchen Faucet. It was exactly what i was looking for and a fraction of the price i was expecting to pay for something this nice looking!

Really nice. The finish is really cool and the quality of the faucet is very high. It's been installed for a few months now and every time I use it, I'm impressed.

Beautifully made, the only concern is the stretch extension is just a grey cord . It takes away from the elegance . Otgerwise well made.

Just installed and we like the look. Seems sturdy but use will tell. Easy to install. Happy so far.

Switch from shower to regular stream stopped working after a few weeks. I suppose that's what happens when you impulse buy a hipster faucet.
